Osteo Session: Equine
Initial sessions range from 60-90 minutes with follow ups being 45-60 minutes. You'll receive a thorough evaluation of your horse and a detailed plan to address any root causes that are contributing factors. It is best for the horse to be hand walked following the appointment and the next day to help retrain their proprioception to their new posture. At the onset of working with a new client, sessions may be spaced 4-6 weeks apart, with the goal of getting to 3-6 months between sessions.
PEMF
High powered PEMF is available as an add- on treatment to Osteo Sessions, or as a stand-alone modality. Pricing varies.
Human sessions
While I am not a DO, I do offer gentle joint mobilizations, craniosacral and visceral therapy to human clientele while addressing root causes of the body's imbalances. Wear comfortable clothes.
Osteo Session: Canine
Canine initial sessions are 45-60 minutes in length, with follow ups being 30 minutes. All three major body systems are addressed and mobilized. Diet and supplements can also be discussed if they are contributing to any restrictions in the body. Frequency will depend on the dog's age and condition. Some dogs will benefit from monthly sessions, some are once and done!
Integrative Health/Functional Med Coaching
Integrative advice on tackling our modern condition. Always keeping in mind root causes. Individualized protocols to tackle Lyme, mold illness, CIRS, MCAS, Post-Covid syndrome, auto-immune disorders, etc.
Graston Technique
As an add on therapy to osteo sessions, I offer GT. Especially helpful for scar tissue mobilization and fascial work.
